Plan A:
Flexible Management Fee

  • Listing Commission Fee: Equal to one month's rent, capped at $2,500. This fee covers the costs of listing and marketing your property to find the perfect tenant.

  • Management Fee:

    • Rents $0 - $999: 8%

    • Rents $1,000 - $1,999: 7%

    • Rents $2,000 - $2,499: 6%

    • Rents $2,500+: 5%

Plan B:
Simplified Flat Fee

  • Listing Commission Fee: Equal to one month's rent, with a reduced cap of $1,500. This plan is ideal for landlords looking for a cost-effective listing solution.

  • Management Fee: A flat 8% fee on all rental rates. Perfect for landlords who prefer simplicity and consistency in pricing, regardless of the rental rate.
